Finding Jazz Near You.: Finding Jazz Near You.
In addition to chatting with some emerging artists and bands, we also interviewed Dr. Edward Green, one of the world's foremost authorities on Duke Ellington's music. Click the more link to view this past week's interviews.

We spent a good portion of the week cleaning up the Jazz Near You mailing list. Officially back on track, this past week was our second consecutive week of sending without incident. We have an extensive list and we're adding folks back who were previously subscribed, then inadvertently unsubscribed by an email scrubbing service.

If you were subscribed to the weekly Jazz Near You newsletter and no longer receive it, sign in and check your member settings to make sure your email address is current and you're subscribed by checking the "Subscribe" box in "Jazz Near You Subscription Settings" section.

All About Jazz & Jazz Near You were built to promote jazz music: both recorded and live events. We rely primarily on venues, festivals and musicians to promote their events through our platform. With club closures, shelter in place and an uncertain future, we've pivoted our platform to collect, promote and broadcast livestream concerts to support our jazz musician friends. This is a significant but neccesary effort that will help musicians now, and in the future. You can help offset the cost of this essential undertaking by making a donation today. In return, we'll deliver an ad-free experience (which includes hiding the bottom right video ad). Thank you.
