Bozar is guitarist Pierre Sainte-Marie, drummer Denis Durand, saxophonist Yves Adam, trumpeter Ivanhoe Jolicoeur, and trombonist Christopher B.J. Smith. At times fiery and intense, and at other times serene, the creative improvised music they've performed since 1984 can captivate one's imagination. This, their first album, was recorded at different performances with different personnel lineups between 1986 and 1996.
