The band’s second release contains more of the firepower witnessed on its previous effort, yet here the trio’s cohesiveness shines forth with the sparkle of a gleaming laser light. I quote my earliest, “first impressions”, upon receiving this awesome release,." . . Oh baby, this rocks heavy like U.K.meets Prong! Derek Sherinian on keys, Virgil Donati on skins, Tony MacAlpine on axe and Tom Kennedy guests on bass. While making a transition from supporting glam-rock superstars such as Alice Cooper and the band Kiss, keyboardist Derek Sherinian subsequently sewed some hard-core prog roots during his stints with modern rockers “Dream Theater” and more recently, “Platypus”.
