Serbian pianist and educator, Kosta Jevtic, delivers ten mellifluous and impressionistic soundscapes on his solo release, the captivating Reflections on a Journey. Classically trained Jevtic penned all of the pieces, drawing his inspiration from southern Mediterranean locations. His performance, particularly his mastery over his instrument, gives the music its vibrancy. The serene nocturne, “Sappho's Dream" is replete with shimmering notes and Greek motifs.
