Pancevo it is small town about ten miles north of Belgrade, the Serbian capital. It's best known for its petrochemical and fertilizer industries. Yet against all odds, the city has hosted a jazz festival for 20 years. In 2017 it ran from November 2nd to the 5th. With a careful organization it has grown annually to become one of the most significant festivals in region, combining outstanding artistry with a friendly atmosphere in a very good acoustically sound venue: the Kulturni Centar Culture Centre.
