Charlie's a badmutherf*$ shut your mouth! Charlie's had one of the funnest, most interesting, most creative, and most overlooked bands for a long time now. I first heard them in Boston 10 years ago. The new record is BURNING! (They're all good though) Don't sleep on these cats any longer...I'm warning you!

I just witnessed Charlie Kohlhase at the Iowa City Jazz Festival July 1, 2000. He was fantastic! The music was tremendous and his introductions to the songs were a delight. I can hardly wait to play my new CD with the International Wingdoo Conspiracy song on it....
