Tony Davis

Tony Davis is an internationally renowned guitarist, vocalist, and composer based in New York City. He regularly performs at esteemed venues, including The Blue Note, Birdland, Mezzrow, and major festivals, such as the Newport Jazz Festival. Davis leads several bands, including his songwriter project, 'Cloud Nova,' a Latin jazz ensemble, 'Querencia,' and his progressive jazz trio. His unique compositions bring a distinctive and innovative blend of singer-songwriter, Latin, jazz, and indie rock to contemporary music. Davis signed with the Posi-Tone record label in 2020, releasing his debut album, "Golden Year," which features an all-star lineup of modern-day's most acclaimed jazz musicians, such as Dezron Douglas, Eric McPherson, and Steve Wilson. Since then, he signed with La Reserve Records for his co-led album with Brazilian vocalist Jamile, "Daring Two Be," released in 2022. He is releasing his next full-length album with the Cloud Nova band courtesy of La Reserve in the early summer of 2024.
