The Pearcy/ Gratzmiller Jazz Quintet offers an energetic, fresh take on hard bop jazz that all audiences can enjoy. PGJQ performs original music composed by its co-leaders Wayne Pearcy (Trumpet) and Aaron Gratzmiller (Saxophone), which combine modern music elements with the soulful sound of classic Jazz quintets. They have performed on WHRB radio, and were featured for the second time on the 502 Sessions with Brian Kerby in November 2018. “Over the Edge” is the title of the PGJQ’s debut album.
