Patrick Andriantsialonina aka Patrick Andy was born and raised in Madagascar. He began playing guitar at a young age and bass at 17 and it wasn’t long before he began playing with Madagascar's most prominent artists. Soon thereafter, music would take him abroad to places like Paris, Geneva, and his soon to be home New York City. He has had the honor of working with: Christian artists Andrae Crouch, Donnie McClurkin, Ivory McDonald, Joanne Rosario, Freddy Rodriguez, Uche Agu, Rene Gonzalez, The Christ Tabernacle Youth Choir, Latin artists Obie Bermudez, Liz Menezes, Singers Wyclef Jean, Nikki Yanofsky, Aaradhna, Stephanie Mckay, bassists Meshell Ndengeocello, Matt Garrison, Reggie Young, singer songwriter Rachel Brown, jazz singers Malika Zarra, Kavita Shah, from the World Music scene such artists as Vieux Farka Toure, Emeline Michele, Razia Said, Diblo Dibala, Abdoulaye Alhassane, pianist Meddy Gerville, and musician/producer Jamba Castro and Clay Bogan among others
