One Soul Fellowship, Inc. was founded in New York city on November 20, 2006 to provide free jazz concerts and musical entertainment, especially to people in need. One Soul Fellowship is a multi-ethnic jazz group that provides free jazz concerts to people in need, such as patients, low-income households, foreign immigrants, and unsheltered people. The Harlem Jazz Outreach Program started in April 2005 in partnership with churches and hospitals. The first free jazz concert was held at Randall Presbyterian Church (1468 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10029) for patients from the Mount Sinai Hospital
