OT was born in Harlem USA who turned professional at the age of nine while singing in the Boys Choir of Harlem prototype at the Church of the Intercession. He was a part of the beginnings of Hip Hop and later was booked annually in the Jazz Mobile of New York City as well as Harlem Week Celebrations. Oliver was greatly influenced by the music genius the likes of Herbie Hancock, Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Chic Corea and Earth Wind and Fire, James Brown, George Clinton’s P-Funk. Once billed as Ali, OT has worked the local New York Circuit as a bass player in about every landmark music house in the City
