Marco Bolfelli
Marco Bolfelli is an Italian guitarist and composer. After completing his conservatory studies in Italy, in 2015 he moved to Boston to attend Berklee College Of Music on a scholarship, graduating Summa Cum Laude by the following year. His first release Streamflow (2014), featuring ECM recording artist Klaus Gesing on reeds, was reviewed as “a hugely impressive and satisfying affair” by All About Jazz and “a very rewarding listening experience” by Jazz Times. Since moving to New York in 2017, he has played with a diverse number of artists, such as the late jazz vocalist Marlene VerPlanck, and Ghanaian musician and film director Blitz The Ambassador.
