Jeanie is a jazz singer/songwriter.

Born in Nottingham, England, she started her musical career as a principle with the National Youth Music Theatre and continued her education at the University of Warwick.

Having studied jazz harmony at Morley College in London and bebop improvisation with BBC award winner Anita Wardell, Jeanie gigs regularly to sustained acclaim with her quartet and in other ensembles. She is proud to work with some of the best musicians on the British jazz scene today performing standards alongside her compositions around the UK and beyond. She also fronts the function band "Jazz and Cocktails" and is compere for the Laurie Morgan Trio. She now resides Crouch End, North London.
