Born in Eastbourne, England, in 1956, Richard Morgan grew up listening to the Beatles and the Rolling Stones. In 1981, he put away his turntable before going off to study in Canada and he only took it out again twenty years later in Switzerland. Re-inventing himself as a singer/songwriter in 2005 was therefore something of a surprise.
