Fernando Ulibarri is an active performer, composer, and educator based in Miami, Florida. He relocated from his native Costa Rica to Boston in 1998 to study at the Berklee College of Music, where he graduated with a Dual Bachelor’s Degree, in both Music Synthesis and Jazz Composition. After working professionally in the New England area, he moved to Miami to attend Florida International University, where he obtained a Masters of Music degree in Jazz Performance. Fernando has performed concerts at Carnegie Hall, Teatro Nacional de Costa Rica, Arturo Sandoval Jazz Club, Berklee Performance Center, The Bass Museum of arts and various other venues in the United States and abroad
