Ethan Mann has lived in NYC since 1991. He is a guitarist, bandleader, sideman, composer and educator. As a bandleader he heads an organ trio with Greg Bandy and Chip Crawford. The trio plays jazz standards as well as creative treatments of modern pop songs. Mann also leads a trio with upright bass and drums which features his more intricate and moody compositions. Ethan features guest vocalists such as Eve Cornelious,Tessa Souter, Arlee Leonard, Roz Corral, Marion Cowings, Gregory Porter and many others on the first and third Saturday of the Month at Jules Bistro. He also works as a sideman with many great instrumentalists and vocalists at a wide variety of venues Including the Carlyle Hotel with Earl Rose and Paul Beaudry and the Anyway Cafe with Grace Garland
