Cathy Menezes –Born in Colombo, Sri Lanka, was raised in a family of Asia's most famous musicians. She commenced playing piano at the age of 4. Her first public performance in Sri Lanka was at the age of 12, as a vocalist with her late father (Tom Menezes), setting her challenges to the world of jazz and contemporary music. She has toured extensively since, performing in Switzerland, Germany, Hong Kong, Australia, and USA. Her musicianship found her taking part in artistic activities from Jazz to pop including performances with American Jazz Bass player - Christian McBride. Her compositions were recorded in the USA, supported by some of the world's famous musicians such as 2014 Grammy Award winner Hussain Jiffry, Russell Ferrante (Yellow Jackets), Mike Shapiro, Oscar Seaton, Allen Hinds, Kleber Jorge, Gregory Manning, Mike Miller and many more great musicians
