Jan Knutson

Washington based guitarist and composer, Jan Knutson, incorporates elements of Jazz and Classical , Bluegrass and Pop to create his original works and unique takes on classic jazz standards. His music explores and stretches the wide range of the guitar as a solo instrument, showcasing his lyricism and virtuosic command. He has performed with some of the world’s finest guitarists including Frank Vignola, Martin Taylor, and Julian Lage, and recorded four solo albums, Looking Both Ways (2016) ,Out of Nowhere (2014), Tunnel Visions (2023), and  Here's the Thing (2023). He has performed in several music festivals including the Savannah Acoustic Music Seminar, Richmond Folk Festival, True Blue Jazz Festival, Marlow International Guitar Series, and was an Artist in Residence at the Strathmore Music Center in Washington, DC.

Gur Liraz

Born:

Born in Tel Aviv, Israel, in 1988, Gur first took up the guitar when he was 9 years old, and soon began his journey with Jazz music. He majored in Jazz at the prestigious Thelma Yellin High School, where he studied with some of the best musicians from the Israeli scene such as Amit Golan, Yuval Cohen, Erez Barnoy, Amos Hoffman and many more. He spent 4 years of that time studying under Jazz guitar master, Ofer Ganor.

As soon as graduating highschool in 2004 he became an active part of the lively Tel-Aviv Jazz scene, performing in Jazz clubs, bars and different venues, as well as recording. At the same time he was also teaching guitar and music, both privately and in music schools. Later Gur took up the classical guitar, studying under internationally acclaimed guitarists Seth Josel and Ruben Saroussi and gaining third place at the Young Guitarist’s competition of the Music Academy in Jerusalem.

Andres Marcos Revellado

Andrés-Marcos Revellado is a Spanish multi-instrumentalist based in Zurich, who started very early his musical formation. Trained jazz bass and double bass player; plays also guitar, piano and drums. Swimmer against stream; his approach to electronic music is strongly influenced by acoustic and improvised forms of music. He has also worked for theatre companies as composer and performer, and played in every sort of ensemble going from hard rock groups to jazz big bands. Constantly attempting to break the boundaries between jazz and electronic music, has never liked rules, and never had interest in guidelines and belonging to a single musical style. He plays hardware/software/instrumental live acts focussed on improvisation and live performance
