Recently releasing his third CD, "Cinema 57", Portland saxophonist/composer Dusty York, (Oct. 15, 1978), has been a unique voice in today's NW jazz scene with his warm, distinct sound, and uncompromising individuality. Playing all original compositions and performing frequently with his father, tenor saxophone virtuoso Michael York, Dusty York Trio has provided his own sound amongst the wealth of jazz talent that Portland has to offer.
