Guitarist Felipe Villar (Vigo, 1976), started studying classical guitar but after a long period interested in Blues and Funk became more interested in Jazz. He obtained his degree in Jazz in ESMAE (Oporto) in 2011. He also took lessons with people like Abe Rabade, Nuno Ferreira, Jordi Rossy, Peter Bernstein, Michael Kanan, Jonathan Kreisberg, Lage Lund, Walter Smith, Marcus Strickland, Mike Moreno, Aaron Goldberg, Jonathan Blake, Dave Liebman, Gilad Heckselman or Greg Ruggiero among prominent an endless list. He plays in bands like Alberto Vilas Quintet, Rua da Alegria, Javier Marcos Trio, Jazzología, Antonio Otero Quartet, The Groove Project, Ten Jazz Men
