Native Queens New Yorker hardwired with jazz.
Growing up Queens, New York in the 1970's and 1980's, I heard my older brother's drums playing constantly right above my room for 15 years. An interest in music was literally drummed right into me! As I began listening to music constantly, I furiously accumulated rock and jazz records and started attending concerts on a regular basis. After obtaining a degree in Government at St. John's, I mostly went into more of a sales and marketing career path in Manhattan. I currently live in Rego Park, Queens. My interest and passion for jazz has connected me to this great city on such a deeper level over the years. I look forward to the next chapters.
