About Me

I'm a young but devoted jazz fan having been exposed to everything from Django Reinhardt to John Coltrane by my mother and grandfather (who played piano in jazz bands between the wars). When I took up the guitar, it was jazz I wanted to play, influenced by artists such as Joe Pass and Pat Metheny. Today I'm a journalist and keen music writer.
