My Jazz Story

I love jazz because it's usually familiar but always fresh. I was first exposed to jazz when Lionel Hampton and Kozy Cole were played on AM radio in Kansas City ca 1956. The profile picture is not me but a famous Ed from the Jazz World. Can you tell me who?
