About Me

I bought my first saxophone when I was 27 years old. After attending a performance of Dutch saxophone colossus Hans Dulfer (the father of Candy) I knew I wanted to play saxophone too. I didn't know anything about jazz and improvisation but this did not keep me from starting a band and perform right away. Ten years later I became a fulltime professional sax player after quitting my regular job. Today I enjoy my life as a busy saxophone player in the jazz scenes and in the Sax & DJ world. So far, I recorded 8 albums, a couple of single tracks and I contributed to 10 albums of other musicians. I also compose and produce modern dance tracks to keep up with modern times and reflect that in my jazz performances.
