Started at Highschool. Shortly after that started giggíng'. Played in several local bands and (later) made tours all over europe. Was asked to play in the Dutch Swing College band (top of the bill in Holland), but did't want to become professional musician. Played in Holland with a number of touring american guys (Bill Rank, Benny Waters, Spiegle Willcox, Jabbo Smith, George Probert and mrs Eva Taylor. Played in Toronto (Canada) with the the Climax Jazzband, played at the Sacramanto Jazz Jubilee in 1980 and made 17 records and a few cd's. In the meantime I started collecting old 78 dance/jazzrecords (only of the 20ties) Now playing with old Durch friends (music for musicians). Regards, Dick
