JERRY LEDUFF plays congas, cuica, berimbau, tabla, bongos, surdo, udu, keyboard, ethnic flutes, ocarinas and many other percussion instruments.

About Me

Jerry LeDuff is a percussionist who plays innovative Contemporary Jazz, Latin, Afro-Cuban Jazz and World Music. He composes, arranges and performs music for television, film, video and dance. Jerry LeDuff presents workshops, lectures and works as artist in residence at schools and universities. In November 2009, he was Guest Artist at Oakland University where he taught Brazilian rhythms, culminating in a performance with Aakwaba and Pan Jumbies. Jerry LeDuff has a large collection of percussion and wind instruments representative of World cultures. Currently he is collaborating with Badal Roy on original music compositions and booking his group Creolada. Jerry LeDuff is a mainstay on the Detroit Jazz and World Music scene.
