Charlena Nutall Soulfulpsalmist

Soulful sounds from the past that were made to last!

About Me

SOULFULPSLAMIST

What else can bring you closer the gates of heaven than the musical inspirations of an artist whose lyrics surpass the towering expectations of an audience that was once filled with awe for the vocals from our past?

Through her journey into the valleys of dry bones, she will go forth into a nation that knows her not and nations from beyond will seek her out because of a thirst for the Lord God himself. Her vocals shall be wise as a serpent and true as the word.

While enjoying the sounds of praise, you will find an artist who has once shared the light of the stars with such captivating artist as James Bignon, Armintha Williams, Dottie People, Babbie Mason, Zenobia White, Canton Jones, Regina Belle, Dr.Juanita Bynum, Art Blakley, Antonio Allen, and more. Just like the sounds of her heart? With the talent of planting seeds into fertile hearts and grasping the confused and then taking a turn around to catch the tears of those lost, crying out to be found. Seeking the face of God! There is such an art that can rock the sound stage of the Cotton Club in Chicago that rides the breezes at the Annual Sweet Auburn Festival in Atlanta. Other enterprises that have experienced the honor of being serenaded by this siren include:

The Gospel Fest in Atlanta, The Apex Museum, Star Jazz and Blues Club, The Baby Grand Jazz Club, Blue Light Café’, 2Willies Blues Club, Church Hill Ground Jazz Club, No Junk Productions, Atl. My Jazz Story

My love for Jazz started when I was a little girl and my mother use to listen to jazz music around the house, but as I grew older I would listen to Artist like Billie and Etta, Nancy and some others. My love for Jazz music and the smooth sound always relaxed me, but as I grew older and I started in church and got saved. Yes,saved! I would still listen to them and my love grew, but I always wondered why most of the female artist would alway sing about bad relationship and it almost became depressing as to something that I didn't want to sing. One day while reading the bible I asked God about a verse in the bible as to how did they sing this psalm to Him,I heard this voice and sound & later I found it to be me,Soulfulpsalmist!
