Amaryllis has a passion for community, music and writing. She joined The Recording Academy in 2007 and now currently serves as an Elected Governor in the Philadelphia Chapter. She is also a Dual Voting Member The Recording Academy and The Latin Recording Academy. Her vision, and goal is to let people know that dreams can be realized thru hard work, honesty, and being true to yourself.
She has received global recognition and world-wide accolades from MIDEM Preview Magazine (Jan., '08) as the first Latina Jazz singer to have 2 singles on the MIDEM World Top 10 Charts at the same time! (Cannes, France)
