I'm a librarian by profession, but also a musician (violin, bass guitar, guitar and mandolin, not necessarily played simultaneously).
I have written a book 'The Music of Ian Carr - A Critical Discography' (2010). I also write for journals and websites, including my own ones dedicated to two great British musicians and their music: The Ian Carr and Nucleus Website and Remember Tubbs - A Tubby Hayes Tribute Website. In my spare time I argue with my young son about whose turn it is to use the computer. He usually wins.
