About Me

I've been playing piano and enjoying music since I was practically a toddler. I began performing at a young age, was very involved with music and theater throughout high school and while in college decided to volunteer my time as a musician at a local nursing home and was introduced to the powerful tool music can be to heal others and inspire. After college I began working as a recreation therapy director and music specialist for seniors and began a steady stream of performing gigs on the east coast. I created several original albums and also started writing children's musicals and one act scenes. I was fortunate to land a job at Nordstrom as one of their in-store pianists and that was a springboard for expanding on my music experience including performing on TV and radio and creating and performing even more. I began teaching children Musical Theater and continued to perform as well. To this day I have managed to balance the perfect trio in my life work-wise. I teach music and theater to children, I work as a geriatric music specialist, and I find time to perform weekly in concert. I am truly blessed to be able to share my gifts with others.
