About Me

Born in Chicago , july 8th ,1954 John was born into a musical family and began to play the piano around the age of 5 . Having heard the music of Charlie Parker , Oscar Peterson , Ella Fitzgerald and others as well as the classics of Liszt , Chopin , Beethoven and others ,John showed an early comprehension of both styles and has remained on that path for a lifetime . John went on to study piano and composition at Chicago city college and Webster College in St. Louis . John has successfully concertized as a classical recitalist as well as a jazz soloist . In the future , John would like to compose and conduct his orchestral work .
