My Jazz Story

I discovered Jazz in 1971 when I attended the University of Georgia and enrolled in the Jazz Ensemble program there lead by Roger Dancz. Nothing like what i had played before and started me on my real journey in music. I played tenor sax for the next 4 years and learned a LOT!! From then on, its been self study and individual work. Numerous opportunities, playing with great folks. Just keep the horn in your mouth, play and listen to great players. Played on a Yamaha 82z for years and have more recently been turned on to KING SILVERSONIC SUPER 20's of which I have a couple. Use RPC mp (RIP) and now trying some SYOS mp and Thomas Woodwinds mps. BSS 2.5 black and silver are the BEST!!!
