Lyn Stanley-Sulty Jazz's Award-winning International Recording Artist with worldwide sales, is working on her 10th album.

About Me

Coined as the “sultry jazz singer of the decade,” International Recording Artist, Lyn Stanley has achieved a worldwide fan base since her 2013 debut album, Lost In Romance. Currently she has completed her 9th project, a big band holiday album with 66 musicians set to release in 2022. Six songs from this album will be released in the fall of 2021. She is also working on her 10th album, a tribute to 1924 music.

Saul Levine, long time programmer for Los Angeles’ KKjz-88.1 Jazz radio named Lyn Female Jazz Vocalist of the Year 2018. Her music has been featured on jazz radio stations in the USA and around the world. She has been a supporter of many, including KSDR-San Diego and KKjz-Long Beach.

Lyn is known for her velvety sound favoring the style of music from the great writers of the American Songbook plus some modern writers like Led Zeppelin, Bruce Springfield, Al Greene, Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller.

She was discovered in 2011 by jazz legend, Paul Smith, Ella Fitzgerald’s musical director, conductor and pianist for 25 years. Lyn had never sang before she met Paul.

All of Lyn Stanley’s award-winning albums have achieved the status of #Top Selling 1% on CDBaby.com, and Elusive Disc. Her album titles are Lost In Romance, Potions [from the 50s’] and Interludes, The Moonlight Sessions Volumes One and Two; plus two tributes to Julie London—London Calling and London with a Twist including a live performance “Live At Studio A” as a Blu-ray video and CD/LP vinyl album. Her big band holiday album, Novel Noel-A Jingle Cool Jazz Celebration, is set for 2022 release.

Lyn uses the finest jazz musicians in LA, NYC and Nashville and has sold over 60,000 physical albums and hundreds of thousands more downloads and steaming (Spotify, iTunes, etc.) around the world. Lyn’s worldwide retail sales have exceeded half a million dollars, and she is about to hit a milestone of $100,000 in sales from indie music distributor, CDBaby.com

I've had nine top musicians in my home several times for a jazz concert with about 70 guests in attendance. Mike Garson, John Chiodini, Chuck Berghofer, Luis Conte- -just to name a few.
