The Tim & Tito Pascoal Band, a continuation of Tim Pascoal Quartet, consists now of father and son project. Their CD Sun Stood Still, has the participation of great names in the Jazz world, includes saxophonist Bob Mintzer also known for his work with the Yellowjackets, pianist Russell Ferrante also a founding member of the Yellowjackets, bassist Tom Kennedy, Richard Bona, Evan Marien, Dave Weckl, among others. Tim's compositions and production come alive in a Fusion of Jazz, Pop varieties all put together in concept with immense diversity, cleverness and an irreproachable taste.

Pianist and Keyboardist, Tim Pascoal, started very early receiving classical training at the Lisbon Conservatory of Music, in Portugal. In his later teens, he switched interest towards Pop, Funk, Gospel and Jazz music. As he started to grow appreciation for other styles he pursued self education by transcribing and listening to wide variety of influential musicians, eventually he was a recipient of a scholarship to the Berklee College of Music in Boston. Tim earned a BA in Contemporary Writing and Production while studying with Jazz pianist and professor Joanne Brackeen. After graduating from Berklee College of Music Tim established his residency in the US where he lives now with his family, he continues a steady schedule of freelance work as performer, producer and arranger.Tim has worked together with artists such as Eric Marienthal, Nelson Rangell and Jeff Lorber among many others. In 2006 he produced and composed Walk The Walk to the debut album for his son Tito, when he was still 12. Later Tim founded the Tim & Tito Pascoal band and in 2012 they released The Sun Stood Still, and have been touring since then.

Drummer, Tito Pascoal, was born in Cascais, Portugal. His father took him under his wing introducing Tito to a rich musical environment allowing him to grow musically. What is special about Tito is how he became fluent in numerous styles at an early age. Tito started public performances at the young age of seven playing Black Gospel Music at his home church in the East Coast. After he started to perform with Tim Pascoal Trio or Tim Pascoal Quartet playing mainly Jazz, Funk and Fusion. His first recorded CD Walk the Walk, was released when Tito was twelve years old, followed by an European tour. Tito's mature enthusiastic and dynamic playing caught immediate attention, specially from the drumming community. Tito is an experienced live performer and studio musician, he maintains a steady schedule both in the U.S. and abroad. The newest CD project, The Sun Stood Still, was released in July 2011 and the beginning of a new project called Tim & Tito Pascoal Band again accompanied by world-renowned musicians such as Richard Bona, Evan Marien, Russell Ferrante, Tom Kennedy, among others. Tito is currently endorsed by Yamaha, VicFirth, Zildjian, Evans, Kickport and Cymbag.
