My Jazz Story

I love jazz because... takes me to places all over the world I was first exposed to jazz...in the early 70's and i heard David Sanborn I met [musician name]...Gary Brown in Monroe, la after hurricane Katrina. Most of the folks there had never heard anyone like him before and Gary made many friends while he played there. The best show I ever attended was... The first jazz record I bought was... My advice to new listeners...listen to different artist and develope your list of the best. Have a variety Or whatever else you have in mind. I am a textile/mixed media artist and turning on jazz and working on my art gives me alot of inspiration. I suppose being an artist myself, and a music major, the two just go hand in hand
