Making music in Toronto, Memphis and now NYC.

The photo is me on the left with Richard Truhlar, playing the Warm Jets circa 1980. I started piano at 6, you'd think I'd be better at it by now! Over the years I've dabbled in violin and guitar, but my main expression is baritone sax. Wind synth (EWI400S or WX7 running into a very sweet VL1-m) is a close second. And I'm still hammering away on those keys! I lead ArtCrime, a New York quartet featuring Bob Siebert on keys and kalimba, Frank Jolliffe on the mighty Warr guitar, Steve Orbach on percussion and myself. We play free improv, veering wildly between acoustic and electronic mayhem. Check http://www.art-crime.net for more info.
