Rahway, NJ - On Saturday, November 21st at 6PM the UCPAC will launch its inaugural World Music Summit Series event with the World Jazz Summit. Produced by WorldPianoSummit.com, the evening will feature five internationally-renowned jazz artists in a wide-spectrum of musical settings from African rhythms to Cuban funk to an American jazz vibraphonist. The evenings concert is sponsored in part by Northfield Bank Foundation as well as Merck Company Foundation.

Producer Jim Luce of WorldPianoSummit.com has filled the evening with 5 exciting jazz acts from around the world including: Randy Weston, Emilio Valdes, Cedar Walton, Stefon Harris and Lionel Loueke.

The evening will kick off with a Gala Pre-Performance Reception from 4PM to 6PM to benefit the Union County Performing Arts Center, making this landmark theatre your choice for the performing arts. Meet and talk with some of the most talented jazz artists from around the world. Enjoy an elegant selection of delicious hors doeuvres catered by Lucianos Italian Ristorante & Lounge.
