Listen to Velvet Underground's “Sunday Morning" Now
Yesterday we tipped you off to Beck's new Record Club project where he joins up with various artist friends to re-record classic albums in a single day and post them to his website one track at a time.
The first project is the Velvet Underground's The Velvet Underground and Nico, and today Beck has posted the first song: “Sunday Morning." You can check it out below and/or on his website.
On his website, Beck says that for “Sunday Morning," participants included “Nigel Godrich, Joey Waronker, Brian Lebarton, Bram Inscore, Yo, Giovanni Ribisi, Chris Holmes, and from Iceland, special guest Thorunn Magnusdottir, and myself. Thanks to everyone who helped put this together, and to all of you for indulging in this experiment. More soon."
