The group consists of Eric Mullis on mallet percussion (vibes, malletkat), Silas Aldridge on keys, Phillip Berkley on electric bass, and Scott Brower on acoustic and electric drums. Actual Proof's music is a unique blend of jazz, funk, and world-beat. The group is inspired by artists such as Herbie Hancock, Galactic, Martin, Medeski and Wood, Gary Burton, The Afromotive, and Stanton Moore.
