Michael Ricci is the founder and publisher of All About Jazz, a daily jazz music destination and resource reaching nearly one million monthly visitors worldwide.

A web entrepreneur with a background in computer programming, Mr. Ricci combined his vocation with his love of jazz music and launched "AAJ" in 1995. He has since established a much deeper understanding of the jazz music industry and has developed myriad solutions and promotional tools for musicians, record labels and publicists.

All About Jazz boasts an impressive collection of international editors and contributors, and is a rare 8-time winner of the prestigious Jazz Journalist Association Jazz Award. The website has established a first-rate reputation among jazz aficionados for providing and syndicating clear, in-depth, and timely content. AAJ is also the leading source for reviews, interviews, news, upcoming releases, free MP3s, musician information, photos, and hosts the most active jazz community on the web.
