“Planta Alta” by Milton Arias Trio
From

Editor's Comments
Y'know, this was really good. Nice straight-ahead jazz. Piano with a gentle touch but plenty of heart. Bass seriously lyrical without being showy. Drums a lively wash of rhythm and cymbals that filled the spaces in between notes. I always enjoy when I get an unsolicited submission to my dotd queue from someone I'd never heard of before, and then spend a handful of minutes listening to some wonderful jazz. Jazz from the Cordoba, Argentina scene.
