A large ensemble piece by one of the freshest voices on the jazz scene today. Will's compositions have such a singular voice, giving the impression of something exciting and new, though leaving no doubt that the song's feet are both planted firmly dead-center of jazz and what makes it so great. This album was recorded on a very snowy day in West London. Includes a wonderful trumpet solo by Joe Auckland ("Fantastic trumpet player" - John Fordham, The Guardian. "Brilliant player" - Kenny Wheeler), and a cracking drum solo by Ben Reynolds (Clare Teal, James Allsop's Fraud).
