Absolutely love when a song possesses the complexities to challenge me cerebrally while simultaneously grabbing my heart with a pretty melody. Lots going on here, yet a simplicity to be admired. Acoustic guitar provides the dynamics while the dreamy sway of a recorder goes along for the ride, later interwoven with some startling percussive layering of sound. Jazz from Singapore.
