Look No Further continues the delight I felt when listening to Dianes first CD, Havent We Met? I heartily agreed (and voted) when it was nominated for a 1999 Jazz Award as the Best Recording Debut of the Year. Look No Further offers more of the same and even better. Theres a sweetness to her voice that can be downright enchanting. How she selects songs so right for her particular chops and charms. How she finds songs that have seldom been done and finds refreshing new ways to enliven songs that have been done almost to death. And she swings.

Whats especially remarkable about this recording is how Dianes voice plays in and around the arrangements. Everyone solos with the greatest of ease on the album, including the singer herself as if one of the instruments.
