Submission Guidelines: Submitting an Article
HOW TO SUBMIT AN ARTICLE

  1. First, you need to register yourself as an All About Jazz contributor. This process serves two purposes:

    • it formalizes your public identity and helps us stay in touch with you as a contributor;
    • it allows our server to recognize you when you return to submit material in the future.

  2. Once you're registered, proceed to submit your article using the online article submission form. Hit the SUBMIT button at the bottom of that page when everything is complete.

  3. After you submit your article, our automated system will forward you a link to an online version. At that point, you will have the opportunity to perform any final edits or modifications. Just use the link at the bottom of the article that says EDIT THIS ARTICLE. If you don't see this link, you need to be sure you've signed in as a contributor on the computer you are using.

  4. Articles are published on an ongoing basis. Your material will go public within a short period after it is submitted. You can monitor this process by visiting the RECENT ARTICLES section on the home page.
