Attorney turned jazz saxophonist now residing in New York City.
Peter then took a brief hiatus from jazz to pursue a career in public interest and international law, working in Switzerland and later attending the University of Pennsylvania Law School before serving as an attorney for several years after that. However, the pull of jazz proved too strong and he returned to a full-time career in jazz in late 2007. After performing and teaching regularly in the Philadelphia area (and recording several albums with guitarist Steve Giordano), Peter moved to New York City where he continues to take classes at NYU's jazz program (studying with Kenny Werner, Ralph Lalama, Brian Lynch among others), and works as a freelance performer and teacher. And despite the zip code, he is still a Red Sox fan.
