My wife and I first saw and met Gene in the mid-80's at Toronto's Yorkville performing in what I believe was known as the SRO room.
We just missed him performing in Niagara On The Lake a few years later, where he apparently performed for the season.
In 1985 we bought ten acres up in Palgrave, not too far from where Gene had a property just north of the big town of Mono Mills.
Is he still performing, and if so, where can we see him?
