Great interview. Art has so much heart. He speaks the way he plays, spontaneously, sometimes wisely sometimes intellectually, sometimes playfully, sometimes like a child. But always fresh and from the heart. Thanks for all the great music Art!

Ps: I'm one of those people he talks about. Saw Art while on a date with my soon to be fiancee , about 36 years ago. I was explaining to her that Art
could get very theatrical at times and a little weird. Art had evidently
overheard this conversation because the moment he got on the stage he
looked right at my girlfriend and said..." I hope the music doesn't get too
weird for...you!" and pointed right at her!
