Hadley Caliman is a beautiful person, a living legend. I had the great opportunity to play jazz piano and vibes with him and his superb bassist, Phil Sparks, at the meeting of the American Academy of Neurology which was held in Seattle in 2009. It was a musical highlight of my life and for the thousands of physicians who visited Seattle that year for this meeting. Long live Hadley Caliman, and keep on playing jazz!
