This is now finally out due to the Jazz Loft Project, http://www.jazzloftproject.org/ of the Center for Documentary Studies at Duke University.
I just recently got a copy of Thelonious Monk: Straight, No Chaser the movie biography of Monk, made in 1968. I do not believe that there is anything in the film about the concert, the Jazz Loft, or Hall Overton.
